Just today I read an article in the LA Times about Capitol One changing its credit card T's&C's. The change appears to enable Cap One to contact the card holder in any manner they choose. "we may contact you in any manner we choose" and that such contacts can include calls, emails, texts, faxes or a "personal visit."<br /><br />What if that contact includes sending default notices, notice of legal action, or even the actual Summons and Complaint...
